We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All items are carefully printed, packed, and shipped, but if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:
UK Orders

Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Change of mind: As all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
International Orders

Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

Customs & Duties: Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement items will be shipped at no extra cost once the issue is verified.
